Supernova Site

Historically a Supernova occurred during the evening of July 4 and morning of July 5, 1054 AD. This supernova was seen and recorded by the people who lived in what is now the American Southwest as well as around the world. In the Southwest glyphs were either painted as those found at Chaco Canyon, New Mexico or pecked like the Petroglyphs found in Saguaro National Park, Arizona. The picture above is of the Supernova Site located along Picture Rocks Wash near Tucson, Arizona.
